Tutoring Programs
At Learning Bound, our success is due to our personalized approach. Unlike other large Learning Centres, we have no pre-determined curriculum that was developed for thousands of other children. Our carefully designed Individual Program Plans, coupled with one-on-one instruction will allow your child to reach his or her academic goals. Instruction is truly individualized, one-on-one, not one teacher to 3, 4 or more children in a classroom setting. In fact, we pride ourselves on matching your child with the right tutor; someone he or she can trust and truly relate to.
In addition, there is the added benefit that you as a parent are involved in the process, and not merely dropping your child off at a centre where you wait outside. In fact, at the end of every lesson we guarantee you will receive a verbal report to inform you of what the goals for that lesson were, and what strategies were used to achieve those goals. This ensures you are a part of the Program Plan, and are able to monitor your child's progress. This method of feedback not only keeps you informed, but also provides you with the opportunity to reinforce the skills that were learned during the lesson.
Although our primary goal is to close skill gaps, we strive to find a balance between closing those skill gap areas and providing homework support. We do not want overwhelm an already struggling student.
Since our goals are improved grades, motivation, and confidence at school, we feel it is important to partner with everyone involved in your child's education. If you would like, we would be happy to schedule a meeting with your child's school to review the Learning Bound Assessment results, and the goals of Individual Program Plan. This way, your child's teacher is aware of what we are working towards and we are aware of what your child is currently doing in school.

This parent interview is FREE, and will help us better understand your child's learning requirements, and allow you to find out why Learning Bound is right for you.
Once we have an initial understanding of your child, the next step in the process is the Learning Bound Assessment.
